TEAM LEADERS

TL's provide motivation, direction, support and accountability for each of their 25-30 team members. TL's also oversee team safety as they guide their team through daily ministry experiences and ventures to nearby villages. Working with a co-leader and their Project Directors, TL's learn how to create and implement strategies for world evangelism, as well as disciple and mentor their team.

TL QUALIFICATIONS

21+ years old, previous leadership experience, proven character, a desire to help people reach the next level in their relationship with God, attend Leadership Training Camp.

MISSION ADVISORS

Disciple groups (4-8 young people) by leading group discussions, facilitating daily evangelism and leading free-time explorations into the local culture. MA's sharpen their leadership skills by assisting Project Directors and Team Leaders in critical ministry functions. Expect to be stretched as you play an important role in the experience of the young people involved. Qualifications: 18+ years old, heart for God, a desire to build relationships with young people, attendance of MA selection camp.
