The Country:

This missions week, you will have an opportunity to go to the Philippines, a beautiful tropical country where tragically half the population lives in poverty.  They experience many tropical storms, floods and landslides that destroy lives and homes, especially those in slums. Nearly 50% of those slums and squatter communities have no evangelical church, while the wealthier areas in Manila do.

The Ministry:

The team will be working in and around Tongko with our One 2 One school partner. While there, they will be involved in sharing the Gospel through community development projects, tutoring students, food distribution and assisting teachers in schools. They will be working with the local missionaries to bring the hope of the Gospel to all!

Please note: The Philippines government no longer requires foreign travelers to present vaccination status and vaccination certificate for Covid-19. They do require all travelers to fill out information at etravel.gov.ph. prior to travel.
