3. Submit a pastor's reference

Custom groups of 20+ people:
1. Select the custom trip option above
2. Choose your dates and location
3. Schedule a call with RIM to plan your trip
4. Submit a group deposit to secure spots

Trip Cost Includes

  • International airfare from a hub city in the USA*

  • In-country meals (hot breakfast/dinner, sack lunch)

  • Lodging (always in beds and with hot showers!)

  • In-country ground transportation 

  • RIM Project Director(s) to facilitate your trip

  • Most ministry supplies (check your packing list)

  • Ministry training and debrief (varies by trip)

  • Adventure Day activities

Trip Cost Does Not Include

  • Meals in airports

  • Checked baggage fees 

  • Fees related to passports and visas

  • Fees for vaccinations or preventative meds

  • International Health Insurance ($3.65/day)

  • Additional costs incurred due to trip interruptions such as flight delays or cancellations, natural disasters, wars, pandemics, bad weather, etc.
